Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ag44 platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with ag44 and confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and ag44.

Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active ag44 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. ag44 employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice, and any winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

ag44 is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that accessing and using ag44 is lawful in their jurisdiction. ag44 makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the platform.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) to register an account.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of ag44 or its affiliated companies.

Account Security

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your ag44 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

4.4 Identity Verification for Withdrawals

ag44 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold. ag44 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which ag44 accepts no liability.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ag44 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance where applicable. Bonuses & Promotions

ag44 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotional offers throughout the year. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each respective offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. ag44 strongly recommends that all players read the full terms of any bonus offer before opting in or making a qualifying deposit.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ag44 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus conditions; coordinating with other players to abuse referral or loyalty schemes; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, ag44 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account immediately without prior notice.

5.3 Promotional Changes

ag44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or the T20 World Cup are subject to the same terms and may be time-limited. Where a promotion is altered after a player has already opted in, ag44 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change via email or platform notification.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ag44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, and market type. These rules govern how bets are settled, what constitutes a valid result, how abandoned or postponed events are handled, and what happens in the event of a technical error. ag44's sports betting rules are published in full in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

ag44 reserves the right to void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of: a clear error in the odds or handicap displayed; the use of insider information; the manipulation of an event outcome; or a technical malfunction that caused an incorrect price to be offered. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino Games

1. Fraud and Money Laundering: Using ag44 for any fraudulent activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using ag44 as a mechanism to launder money or finance illegal activities.
2. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in poker, coordinating bets on the same event, or sharing information about live game outcomes in real time.
3. Use of Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, automated betting software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets, play games, or interact with the ag44 platform in a non-human manner.
4. Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to any ag44 transaction. ag44 reserves the right to recover the value of any fraudulent chargeback from the account balance or by other legal means.
5. Impersonation: Registering using another person's identity, impersonating an ag44 employee or representative, or falsely claiming authority over another player's account.
6. Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards ag44 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss.

ag44's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ag44 does not warrant that: the platform will be continuously available or error-free; game outcomes will meet your expectations or financial objectives; any particular bet, game, or promotion will remain available for any specific period; or the platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
